The Big 5 Personality Trait Model - The Big 5 Personality Trait Model was developed by Paul Costa and Robert McCrae. It is also known as The Five Factor Model. This Career Assessment suggests that a person's personality can be evaluated on the basis of five primary personality determinants. They are:
Conscientiousness : People with a high conscientiousness score work towards a goal in a focused way. They are dutiful, dependable, structured and self-disciplined.
Agreeableness : A person with high agreeableness would suit well in a role that requires personal skills and the capability to be of service to others.
Openness : A person with high openness would be open to learning new skills and tools. They are highly capable of tackling new problems and coming up with abstract solutions.
Extroversion : People with high extroversion scores seek stimulation and derive their energy from others. They are assertive, sociable, talkative, and energetic. They could make great leaders of a team, sales and marketing executives, and PR professionals.
Neuroticism : Someone with low neuroticism levels would thrive well in an environment that exhibits constant changes, self-starter tendencies are required, and involve high-stress levels.

Riso Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator - Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator is a 144 multiple-choice question test. This test identifies nine distinct personality types and characteristic emotional states to which the personalities are connected. They are listed below:
